Conflat®

The CONFLAT is a front-mounted concrete floor flatness and rectification system developed for use with ride-on power trowels.

Designed to assist with surface correction during the finishing process, it gives operators greater control over localised high spots and overall floor regularity while the concrete remains workable.

Key Features:

• Twin Straightedge System – Two straightedges operate together as a single adjustable assembly for consistent floor rectification.
• Adjustable Working Angle – Straightedges can be pitched forwards or backwards to suit either smoothing or cutting applications.
• Electric Height Adjustment – Electric actuators allow the straightedge assembly to be raised clear of the surface or lowered into position whenever required.
• Powered from the Trowel – The system takes its power directly from the ride-on power trowel battery.
• Front-Mounted Design – Positioned within the operator’s field of view, allowing the area being rectified to remain visible while travelling backwards.
• Quick Three-Pin Mounting – CONFLAT can be quickly fitted or removed from the power trowel when required.
• Interchangeable Straightedge Lengths – Different straightedge lengths can be fitted to suit varying floor requirements, including SR, FM and other high-tolerance concrete flooring applications.
• Operator Control Panel – Dedicated controls provide straightforward adjustment of straightedge height and pitch during operation.
